Strategic reorganization to provide a gateway to new products, agility and innovation.

Cybernetyx, the industry leader in next-generation vision-based human-computer interaction systems, today announced an operational plan to realign the global organization with its refocused corporate strategy. Cybernetyx has already made its impact on the global display industry – they’re well-known for producing interactive sensing modules that are licensed by the world’s leading projection and display manufacturers such as Sony, NEC Display, ViewSonic, Tata Interactive and Delta Electronics, and sold in over 70 countries in last 10 years.

Cybernetyx has undertaken a review of its operational structure to best fit its goals, details of which are announced below. The following key changes are effective immediately but will include a transition period through the end of July.

Cybernetyx will undertake a major site consolidation over the coming months, centralizing research and development activities predominantly at its new Research and Development Centre in Bangalore, India. Although the offices in Germany and Noida will continue to operate as usual, the R&D center in Bangalore will be focused on AI-HCI and other upcoming products. This will also allow the company to gain maximum synergies across all its products and pipeline programs and to simplify and reduce back-office processes.

The first phase of this transformation has already been announced, with Eduard Metzger (Cofounder and serving as the CEO since inception) moving to his new role as CEO of Noteplan Co., a Cybernetyx spin-off into the productivity solutions industry. Nishant Rajawat, (Cofounder and serving as the Director – Technology since inception), will take office in his new role of the Chairman for Cybernetyx Group. The new CEO of the company will be announced soon. The company will also move the location of the registered Rinteln office to new address in Hannover, Germany in coming months.

Growth is the watchword of the company’s annual business outlook this year. “I am pleased with our healthy revenue growth, profitability, and cash generation in FY18. Our robust performance is a reflection of the strong impact we have with our products and the dedication of our employees. With signed OEM contracts under our belt for the next several years, I see solid growth and sustainability in our business. We will also be launching new brands in Education and Business verticals this FY – and will be hiring up to 200 new top R&D talent in our new Bangalore facility including an increased focus on cutting-edge AI solutions.” added Mr. Rajawat, Managing Director, Cybernetyx Technik.
